The Federal Government has announced plans to deliver over 100,000 social housing units for vulnerable groups across all the 774 Local Government Areas.
This was revealed by the Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Ahmed Dangiwa during his presentation at the 4th Edition of Real Estate Future Forum in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Dangiwa, while calling on global investors in Saudi Arabia to take advantage of the huge opportunities in Nigeria’s housing sectors disclosed that Nigeria’s huge housing deficit offers enormous business opportunities.
According to him, Renewed Hope Cities and Estates Programme serves as a low-hanging fruit for investors to take advantage of and get good returns.
