Anabs Sara-Igbe, who is a former spokesman of PANDEF in an interview, said if the governor dared mentioned his preferred candidate from another party, the PDP governorship candidate would be in trouble.

Elsewhere, a Civil Rights Advocate Opunabo Inko-Taria challenged Governor Wike to as a matter of honor and integrity keep to his promise of announcing his preferred presidential candidate for the 2023 election.

On his part, the spokesman of the PDP Presidential Campaign Council in Rivers State, Dr. Leloonu Nwibubasa said Governor Wike’s failure to mention his preferred presidential candidate is an indication of his attempt to mend fences with the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
