Court of Appeal, Port Harcourt Division, today adjourned the appeal filed by the PDP challenging the Judgment of the Federal High Court which delivered Judgment in favor of APC National Assembly Candidates in Rivers State. The matter was adjourned when the lawyer formerly representing PDP Emmanuel Ukala represented by Dike Udenna announced to the court that they have been debriefed by his client in a letter before the court.
Subsequently, Usman Johnson Esq announced his appearance and told the court, that he was briefed by the National Legal Adviser of PDP, HENCE he has come to take over the appeal. The Appeal was adjourned to enable the new lawyer to study the file.
It was also observed, that PDP National Legal Adviser, has debriefed Ukala SAN on all matters relating to PDP he is handling.
