The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Community Development, Hon. Lucky Dikadi Chukwunedum, has described Chief Godswill Obielum, the maximum leader of Ndokwa East, as an exemplary leader, whose reign as a leader has led to the socio-economic development of Ndokwa East in particular and the state in general.
Dikadi, Speaking to Journalists in Agbor this morning to mark the birthday of Onye-chukwu-yene-ugo, said Chief Obielum has contributed immensely to the successes recorded by many leaders in Ndokwa East LGA and Delta State since the inception of democracy in Nigeria.
The SSA on Community Development said the contribution of the Maximum Leader to the peace and tranquillity, being experienced in Ndokwa East cannot be overemphasized, even as he described him as a rare gift to Ndokwa Nation.
Hon. Lucky Dikadi Chuwunedum said: “On behalf of my family, the good people of Ndokwa East, I, Hon. Dikadi Lucky felicitate with the Maximum Leader of Ndokwa East Chief Godswill Obielum on the occasion of his birthday.
