Ghanaian singer, Stonebwoy otherwise known as Livingstone Etse Satekla has revealed that he has Nigerian roots.
Stonebwoy, a native of the Ewe tribe of Ghana, asserts that his ancestors were from the ancient Oyo Kingdom in Nigeria.
The music star said this in a recent discussion with influencer, Ola of Lagos.
In pidgin English, He said; “Me sef nah Naija, no lies. Me nah Ewe from Oyo Kingdom, my tribe migrated from Nigeria to Ghana here, na we get Illesha. Shout-out to my people in the southern part of Nigeria. Check Ewe, we root straight to Yoruba.”
