IMO STAKEHOLDERS UNITE TO SUPPORT UZODINMA’S GOVERNMENT AS PDP STALWART NZE OZICHUKWU CHUKWU LED IHITTE UBOMA DELEGATION TO GOVERNMENT HOUSE

IN the bid to show total solidarity to APC Government, a PDP stalwart in Imo state and a politicial leader in Ihite Uboma local government area of Imo state, Nze Izuchukwu Chukwu in company of his wife paid a solidarity visit to the number one citizen of Imo state, his Excellency Senator Hope Uzodinma at the Government house Owerri to show total solidarity to his administration.
This is inline with the policy of Imo state government to unite all stakeholders of the state to improve Imo and salvage their land.
9News Nigeria, Imo government house correspondent reports that Nze Izuchukwu came in company of dignitaries from the LGA to meet with the governor.
Nze Ozichukwu’s politicial antecedent commands alot of respect in Imo politicial environment and at the same time has brought on board many sons and daughters across the state as followers.
Among his home grown ally is Hon. Chidi Ofoegbu from Ihiagwa Owerri West, who contested twice the GOVERNORSHIP election in Imo state under the Peoples Democratic party PDP by Nze Ozichukwu’s watch.
Our source told us that Nze Ozichukwu plays a neat politics and does not compromise his will since his days as Grassroot leader in Ihite Uboma.
While he was fielding questions from the press, Ozichukwu maintained that the Government of Imo state is more important than each and everyone of us.
He futher stated that their visit to Uzodinma is to familiarize with him and to thank the governor of his magnanimity and humility for having thought it worthy to invite each and every local government area in the state to come and share with him the challenges they face.
The leader of Ihite Uboma Expressed happiness for the unity the governor has set in place which according to him was what motivated all the politicial stakeholders of Ihite Uboma irrespective of politicial parties and religious beliefs and practices Imo is bigger than every individual and every group in the state.
This moves by the PDP has raised tension in the party where the PDP has stated in clear terms that Ozichukwu’s romance with the APC Government is a violation of the State PDP internal memo instructing her loyal members not to attend the Hope Uzodinma’s Greek function.
However, in the letter presented to governor Uzodinma, the Ozichukwu led delegation have stated that they visited the governor not as APC Members but as friends of the governor.
The release also stated that that they have visited not as people of Imo state, but as people that have been embattled”
Analyst have posited that the unity of Imo state is the most paramount to discuss lasting solutions to stop Insecurity and improve the state.
The first paragraph of the letter to the governor hinted the possibilities in the unity of stakeholders to join hands to better the state.
It reads: Your, Excellency, when so many things are taking for granted, it is the next to imposible to perceive the truth because it is not the expected that you see- the unexpected is left un- noticed”
This is a true sign of the establishment of the 3R mantra of Imo Government to recover, reconstruct and to rehabilitate as 9News was told that other local government areas will take their respective turns to make Presentations.
