IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu has replied the defense Minister on his
charge to soldiers to confront terrorists’ bullets saying his statement sounds more like a comedian that a trained gallant soldier.
The IPOB leader in a tweet counselled soldiers not to hearken to the statement of the minister because there are no benefits that would accrue to their families should they die fighting terrorists.
Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has replied Defence Minister, Magashi Bashir moments after charging soldiers not to be afraid to ‘kiss’ bullets fired by terrorists.
Kanu dismissed the minister as a great comedian, asking him how many of his children are in the military.
The IPOB leader in a tweet counseled soldiers not to hearken to the advice of the minister because there are no benefits that would accrue to their families should they die fighting terrorists.
He also urged the soldiers to compare their salaries with that of the minister and see if their death is worth the efforts.
“Your defence minister is a great comedian. How many of his sons and daughters are in the military? Kanu asked, adding; “What benefits awaits your family if anything happens to you as a soldier?
How much is your salary compared to his? Common sense is not common..Think”.
The defense Minister would have been delegated to go to the battle field than to be in the office to test a bit of the military challenge’ Kanu concludes.
