NAIROBI (Reuters) – The Kenyan shilling held steady against the dollar on Tuesday owing to inflows from remittances and non-governmental organisations, but was seen under pressure due to demand from importers, traders said.
At 0725 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 101.20/40 to the dollar, compared with 101.15/35 at Monday’s close.
