A 46- year-old man, Gerardo Cabanilas was exonerated of r∆pe, robbe£ry and k!dnapp!ng convictions he spend 28 years in an American pr!son for, after a new DNA test showed he was innocent of the cr!m£s.
Cabanillas was 18 years old when he was jailed for r0bb!ng, k!dnapp!ng and sexually a$$aulting a woman in Los Angeles, the United States Of American (USA) in 1995.
