Mutfwang pays fines, quashes jail terms for 11 offenders in Plateau

Plateau State Governor, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang has granted absolute pardoned to one prisoner, paid fines for 10 others, and had their various jailed terms quashed as part of his goodwill for the New Year.

The Governor announced this in state-wide broadcast on Wednesday January 1, 2025.

They are:

1. Moses Reuben – Absolute pardon

2. Saleh Muhammadu – Payment of fine

3. Mohammed Ado – Payment of fine

4. Safa David – Payment of fine

5. Timothy Sunday – Payment of fine

6. David Yusuf – Payment of fine

7. Abba Ahmed – Payment of fine

8. Umar Adamu – Payment of fine

9. Manasseh Dada -Payment of fine

10. Na Answan – Payment of fine

11. Sunday Joseph – Payment of fine.

Governor Mutfwang welcomes citizens to what he termed as “a year of hope renewal, great opportunities and transformative progress, for Plateau State, and highlighted the efforts he has made in governance, commending President Tinubu, citizens, and security personnel for their support, trust and prayers, sacrifice, and diligence.
