The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) Imo State Chapter congratulates the newly appointed Provost of the Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education (AIFCE) Owerri, Dr Mrs Stella Ngozi Lemchi.
The Association made this known in a release jointly signed by the Chairman Dr Dorothy Nnaji and the Secretary Comrade Chika Ewurum.
Dr Lemchi whose appointment was approved by president Muhammad Buhari is now the 13th substantive Provost of the college and the second female Provost of the institution since inception.

The Association in the State chapter is happy with the appointment that is well deserving and pray for God’s wisdom upon her to pilot the affairs of the College.
