NSUK’s first Female Vice-Chancellor, Sa’adatu assumes office

A Professor of Islamic Studies with Specialty in Women rights, Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman has assumed office as the Vice -Chancellor Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK).

Professor Sa’adatu resumed office on Monday April 22, 2024 following her recent appointment by Governor Abdullahi Sule as first Female Vice-Chancellor of the University.

She took over from Professor Abdullahi Sallau Modibbo who held the position briefly on acting capacity.

Until her appointment, she had served the state-owned University in various capacities notably Deputy Vice- Chancellor (Administratiion).

A graduate of the prestigious University of Jos, Plateau State, she became a Professor on October 1st, 2017.
