The commencement of the hearing section of the tribunal with the application number EPT/KG/SHA/22/2019 Sanni Ogembe (PDP) and Ahmed Dahiru (APC) which held at the magistrate court wuse 2 Abuja on the 27th of June 2019 was another sign of victory for the People Democratic Party (PDP) candidate hon. Sanni Salau Ogembe as the honorable tribunal adopt his witness and evidence concerning the electoral irregularities in the last KSHA election for Okene II constituency.

Certified true copy (CTC) a legal document and evidence from the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) office was presents to the tribunal by the legal counsel for the petioner Barr. Olumide Olaniye Esq.
This was a document which contains the electoral results sheet from the various poling unit across the four ward that make up the constituency.

Barr. Olumide in his statement made clear to the tribunal that he will present to the tribunal 5 more witnesses for cross examination.

The court was adjourned to the 12th and 13th of July, 2019 for the continuation of the hearing section of the tribunal.

It was so amazing to see them panic, with some kind of frustrated face leaving the court premises, pain and anger vividly shown all over their faces like a wild dog helplessly drowning in a lake full of misfortunes.

Count down to the return of the people’s mandate as our victory will definitely shock them to coma.

Let me use this opportunity to thank all the well wishers of the winning team of hon. Sanni Salau Ogembe, who inmensly contribute their support and encouragement to this journey so far.
Let me commend your effort as your prayers have positive effects on this course.

The return of the stolen mandate is a mandatory task for us that we must accomplish.
