Comrade Adams Oshiomhole yesterday paid a visit to those who sustained injuries from motor accident involving his convoy.
The injured victims which includes two mobile police were reported to adequately responding to treatment as confirmed by ChrisOsaMedia.
It was gathered that around 12pm on September 1, 2020, there was a motor accident involving the convoy of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, along Benin Lagos road by-pass before Oluku junction.The convoy was headed to Usen Community in Ovia South West Local Government Area of Edo State, where Comrade Adams Oshiomhole was expected to appear at a campaign rally alongside Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, the APC governorship candidate in the September 19, 2020 election in the state, when a trailer driving in the same direction veered off its course, hit the back up Toyota Hilux vehicle carrying 7 policemen, forcing it off the road, into the bush and rammed into the Sports Utility vehicle carrying Comrade Oshiomhole, causing substantial damage.
The accident which claimed lives of two mobile police officers may have been orchestrated by opposition in the state just to demoralise the former National Chairman of the APC Comrade Adams Oshiomhole and the gubernatorial candidate of the party in the September 19th election Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu.
It is presumed so because, aside the rate at which the trailer ran into the hilux from no where as if it was stationed in waiting for the right time to squid into action , deliberately timing Comrade’s particular vehicle but protected from both back and front by security men with hilux, still forcing it to get to Comrade Adams Oshiomhole’s main vehicle, the APC had also raised an alarm as to how the PDP plans to assassinate some members of the APC in the state, through a staged accident and other means.
Recall that Hon. Patrick Obahiagbon through one of his press conferences exposed the plans of the opponent to stage accidents against bigwigs of the party in the state.
Even as the former National Chairman of the APC Comrade Adams Oshiomhole and the general public condole with family of the two police officers who’s lives were taken as a result of the incident , there is serious need for the police and other necessary security agencies to carry out thorough and serious investigation to ascertain the occurrence whether orchestrated or not.
