Elder statesman and prominent political figure, Pa Martins Osakue, has congratulated Chief Dan Osi Orbih on his re-election as the Vice Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the South-South zone.
Addressing newsmen in Benin City, Pa Osakue described Chief Orbih’s re-election as a well-earned victory, highlighting it as a reflection of the confidence and trust party members and stakeholders have in his leadership.
“Chief Orbih’s tenure has been marked by strategic leadership, dedication, and a relentless commitment to the unity and growth of the PDP.
His re-election is a testament to his exceptional ability to navigate political challenges and keep the PDP strong in the South-South,” Osakue stated.He commended Orbih for his role in keeping the party formidable in the region, ensuring the PDP remains a symbol of hope for good governance and development.
He also emphasized the South-South’s importance in Nigeria’s political landscape, stressing that Orbih’s leadership has fortified the party’s foundation.
“As you embark on this new phase of leadership, I have no doubt that your experience, wisdom, and passion for grassroots mobilization will further strengthen the PDP.
The journey ahead may be demanding, but your leadership has set the party on the right course for restoration and electoral success,” he added.Pa Osakue urged party members to rally behind Chief Orbih as he continues to reposition the PDP for greater achievements.
