The Plateau State High Court presided over by Justice PS Gang has granted the perpetual injunction restraining the State government from rebuilding the burnt Jos main market in a suit file by Hon. Bagos against Governor Simon Bako Lalong, Plateau State government and the Attorney General of the State.
