Political Equation: Nigerians Charge Lai Mohammed And Government Officials To Embark On Road Tour And Market Places To Prove The Country Safer Under Buhari

It is no longer a suprise to note the high prone of insecurity and bloodshed going on in virtually all the states of the Federation Including Federal capital territory FCT ABUJA.

This has attracted alot of attention for Government to react and profer possible solutions to fight these Hoodlums. But NIGERIANs are shocked by the continous attacks on citizens by bandits majorly on the highways and railways.

Our correspodent gathered that an APC chieftain in Niger State Nigeria has challenged the minister of Information and culture, Lai Mohammed to embark on road tour to prove Nigeria safer under PRESIDENT Buhari and All Progressives Congress APC party.

The party chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Jonathan Vatsa, has told the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, to tour the country by road to prove that Nigeria is safer under President Muhammad Buhari as he claimed.

Vatsa, a former Commissioner for Information and Culture in Niger State, told newsmen in Minna that the security situation facing the nation has continued to deteriorate on a daily basis with no end in sight.

Asking Lai Mohammed to withdraw the statement credited to him, he said, “when you sit down in Abuja and be issuing statements just to protect your job, posterity will not forgive you.

“I challenge Mr Minister to tour the country by road, particularly Niger, Ondo and Kaduna states let us see if the country is safer in the hand of Buhari or not. That is the only way we draw conclusions, he said.

In a related development, NIGERIANs are calling on government officials to visit Nigeriam markets and fuel stations and gas plants to see for themselves what the masses are suffering on daily basis in a country where crude flows like honey and resource management mishandled by same people.
