President Tinubu’s Led-Government Set To Loan $4.4bn As Nigeria’s Debts Hits N101 Trillion

A source revealed to 9News Nigeria Correspondent that the Nigerian government is set to get an additional loan of $4.4 billion.

It was also revealed that the World Bank has approved recently a loan of $750 million to boost the power sector in the country.

Nigeria’s government also announced the approval of a loan of $500 million on the 27th of June 2023 to empower women.

The World Bank also approved a loan of $700 million in September 2023 to boost the educational sector and empowerment of adolescent girls in the country.

Today it’s revealed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led government is set to borrow an additional loan of $4.4 billion to hit Nigeria’s total loan to the tune of N101 trillion naira
