The letter has fused a lot of mixed reactions pending the unending controversy delaying the New state creation across all zones.
However, it may interest our readers to note that some zones are less numbered than some other states, just like SouthEast that has only five states while some zones are topping with seven states.
However , at several national conferences held in Abuja Nigeria, the quest for the creation of New states has continued to trend following bedevilling tendencies of disenfranchisement, negligence of some regions, inequality , imbalance and dominance of power shift in the polity.
The creation of New states is a sensitive one targetted at equitable distribution of power, free flow of representation and balance in resource control as 9News Nigeria reports.
It is therefore behoves on the Reps to consider strictly the zones that are low numbered to make a balance before any additional states can be added as 9News Nigeria reports.
