The Executive Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has announced the swearing-in ceremony for the newly elected 23 Local Government Chairmen. This event will be conducted through the office of the Secretary to the state government.
His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, the Governor of Rivers State, will conduct the swearing-in ceremony today, Sunday, October 6, 2024. The event will take place at the Executive Council Chambers, Government House, Port Harcourt, at 4 pm.
The newly elected Chairmen, and one (1) guest each, are expected to be seated by 3:30 pm.
