Veteran Fuji Legend, General Kolington Ayinla has sparked fresh buzz by claiming that his ex-wife, Waka queen Salawa Abeni, remains his wife — three decades after separation.
In a recent interview with Teju BabyFace, The Fuji star stated that despite Salawa’s current relationship, she’s still his wife “till the end of life.
He added that her present partner is simply “loaning” her. When asked what led to the breakup, Kolington replied: “That’s how God wants it to be.
“Salawa has there children’s with me. She is my wife till the end of life…The person she is currently with is only loaning her”
The two music icons parted ways in 1990 after eight years together and three children.
