The Senate on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, swore -in Amos Yohanna as the Senator representing Adamawa North Senatorial District.
The swearing-in was performed by the Deputy Senate President, Jibrin Barau, who presided over the plenary.
Yohanna, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) replaces Abbo. Elisha Abbo, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), was sacked by the Court of Appeal last Monday.
