Calls on women to embrace enterpreneurship as a way to scale through the current economic malfeasances

A Frontline PDP Nnewi North House Of Assembly Aspirant, Sir Eloka Clement Ikeh has called on Nnewi Youth ladies wing to embrace enterpreneurship as a way to scale through the current economic malfeasances in our society and Nigeria at large.
While addressing members of the Nnewi Youth Ladies Wing at the organization skills acquisition and empowerment program sponsored by Hon Eloka on sunday, 10th April, 2022 at Igwe Nnewi palace stated that Nnewi women has a DNA and attributes of hard work and enterpreneurship prowess and as such, programs as this, offers you the platform to develop yourselves.
Nnewi Youth ladies Wing leadership has done well in creating such an initiative and also finding me worthy to share (sponsor) such a life changing program with you all, as I am a lover of progress and women independence in our society.
Women are the bedrock of development in our society and I am confident that with rightful skills like this, development will locate even the students amongst you in this empowerment/skill program. Students will through producing some of this items see little money to compliment the pocket money the receive, while the married ones can be able to compliment money for soup giving to you by your husband at home, Eloka Said.
Engr. Ikeh, concluded by thanking the Nnewi Youth ladies wing for such opportunity given to him in contributing towards their development and therefore expressed willingness to partner with them in future programs that entails teaching our ladies how to make products as witnessed here in the four (4) other quarters that made up Nnewi North LGA.
Some of the products that was taught today at the Sir Eloka Ikeh sponsored Nnewi Youth ladies empowerment/Skill acquisition program includes:
- Production of liquid soap.
- Production of tiles cleaner.
- Production of tablet soap, E.T.C.,
The lady organizer of the Nnewi Youth ladies Wing, Comr. Amaka Orizu thanked Sir Eloka Ikeh for such wonderful gesture of love by sponsoring them to learn and equip themselves with various skills that will in turn help them in the nearest future.
