Meghan Markle said in 2015 that she bought a $5,800 Cartier watch to pass down to her future daughter in an interview she had with oprah Winfrey some years back.
Following the talk, it was Confirmed that Meghan Markle already has a special gift she revealed in 2015 that she’s going to pass down to her daughter.
Markle and Prince Harry told Oprah Winfrey they are expecting a baby girl in the summer.
Markle told Hello! magazine in 2015 that she bought a $5,800 Cartier watch for her future daughter.
Markle said she had the watch engraved with the message “To M.M. From M.M.”

Markle, who was then starring in the legal drama “Suits,” told Hello! that she bought herself a two-tone Cartier French Tank watch that retailed for $5,800 at the time of writing.
She told the Canadian magazine that she wanted to pass it down to her daughter one day.
“I’ve always coveted the Cartier French Tank watch. When I found out ‘Suits’ had been picked up for our third season — which, at the time, felt like such a milestone — I totally splurged and bought the two-tone version,” Markle said.
The Cartier French Tank watch is available in a variety of models.
Cartier Markle also said that she had the watch personalized to make it even more special.
“I had it engraved on the back, ‘To M.M. From M.M.’ and I plan to give it to my daughter one day. That’s what makes pieces special, the connection you have to them,” she said.
