Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly (PLHA) and Lawmaker representing Mikang Constituency, Moses Sule, has been sacked by the National and State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Jos, Plateau State.
The Tribunal which held that Hon. Sule was not vividly nominated for the March18, 2023 election by his party, returned Na’anlong Daniel of the All Progressives Congress, APC, as the winner of the election.
According to the Tribunal, PDP as a party had no structure as at the time of the election in disobedience to Justice SP Gang’s judgment delivered on November 2020, where all the votes scored by the PDP in that election are vested votes.
The Tribunal led by Hon. Justice Muhammad Tukur directed INEC to withdraw the Certificate of Return from Hon.Moses Sule and issue a new one to Hon. Na’anlong Daniel.
