The Edo State Police Command has arrested a man identified as Frank Okoeboe who confessed to killing 38 people so far.
Frank, an indigene of Irua in Esan Local Government Area of Edo State, was paraded alongside eight other suspects arrested for alleged involvement in various crimes.
Frank was arrested while making calls on how to kill his next victim, unknown to him, he was being monitored by the Police.
Two gun were found and recovered from him.
