Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has predicted that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will secure between 70 and 80 per cent of the votes in Kaduna State in the 2027 presidential election.
Sani, speaking on the political outlook ahead of the election on Thursday, expressed confidence in Tinubu’s support across the state.
“Kaduna, just write it down today that I, Uba Sani, am telling you, Asiwaju will get nothing less than between 70 per cent to 80 per cent of the votes in 2027,” the governor said.
The governor also disclosed that his administration is currently servicing a ₦6.7 billion loan inherited, which he said would continue to be repaid until 2048.
According to Sani, the debt was inherited by his administration, and he has not borrowed any money since assuming office as governor.
“Since I became governor, I have not borrowed one kobo,” he said.
