2022 budget: FG allocates ₦100 billion for 2023 elections

Leaked information reaching 9News Nigeria has it that the FG has allocated the sum of N100 billion for the forthcoming 2023 general elections.

The national budget for Nigeria economic year 2022 which shall be presented to the National Assembly tomorrow Thursday 7th October 2021 is reportedly increased by N2.47 trillion to N16.45 trillion.

Detailed appropriation contained in the revised 2022-2024 Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), expenditure has already been submitted to the House of Representatives by President Muhammadu Buhari for approval.
