Rivers State Accord launches free transportation in Port Harcourt. The campaign buses will ply Aba road and Ikwerre road daily, carrying people for free.
The idea of free transport was initiated by the gubernatorial candidate of the party, High Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs.
Free buses will be available very soon in different parts of Port Harcourt.
