The construction of the Owerri-Mbaise-Obowo-Umuahia road has advanced as asphalt work begins on the first phase of the road, from the Owerri axis.
The contractor, Craneburg Construction Company, has been on-site since the flag-off, despite the rains. Working from stage to stage, the project has advanced as they aim to deliver within contractual terms.
As usual, the Imo State Government has been hands-on, inspecting and keeping tabs on the contractor’s compliance with contractual terms and timing. It’s expected that in no distant time, the project will be completed and delivered.
