The Rivers State Factional Speaker, Rt Hon Martins Amaewhule, and 25 lawmakers sent a letter to the Department of State Service (DSS) seeking its protection over the recent unscheduled visitation of Executive Governor, Sir Simimalayi Fubara to the legislative Quarters, where the House members live.
The factional Speaker, Amaewhule called on the DSS to please observe the moves of the Executive Governor of the state.
Rt Hon Martins Said Mr. Governor has his right, just as the members of the state Assembly have their own too, No one can override any Constitutional right of any arms of Government.
