Super Eagles Supporters Club (SESC) Osun State Chapter under the leadership of Prince Vincent Okumagba on Friday 12 June 2024 played host to the President of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau who was on a working visit to the state.
The Chairman of SESC Osun State Chapter, Hon . Rufai Omotayo Bashiru who received the NFF Boss in their Secretariat inside the Osogbo Township Stadium assured Alh. Gusau of unalloyed support of good people of the state to all our national teams, especially as the Super Falcons prepare ahead of an appearance at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France.
“Osun, as the hub of grassroots football in Nigeria and the foundation upon which the future of the game rests and the entire members of SESC under our President Prince Vincent Okumagba is happy to receive you,” , Hon. Bashiru while welcoming Alh. Gusau.
NFF President Gusau (MON) also attended a stakeholders’ interactive meeting at Mosab Mega Hall opposite NASFAT, Ring Road, Osogbo, where he provided insights into the intricacies and policies guiding the sport.
The NFF president thereafter also attended the grand finale of the SmartCity Osun State Football League at Osogbo Township Stadium on Saturday.
