The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu, has congratulated Senator Monday Okpebholo, the APC candidate, on his victory in Saturday’s Edo State governorship election. Okpebholo was declared the winner by INEC.
In a statement by his spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu praised APC leaders, governors, and Edo State stakeholders for their hard work, noting the win reflects the people’s trust in the party’s vision and efforts to improve the lives of Nigerians.
