ANAMBRA PDP SET TO RESTRUCTURE AND RE-BUILD THE PARTY AHEAD OF 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS.

• Announces Zoning Committee ahead of ward, Local Government Area and state Congresses.

The Anambra State PDP caretaker committee has just risen from a strategical and repositioning meeting of the party which was held earlier today being January 29th, 2022 at it’s state secretariat in Awka.

The meeting which its Major agenda was geared towards restructuring, repositioning and rebuilding the Anambra state PDP chapter through its slated Congress scheduled to hold from February 19th to the 5th of March, 2022.

THE MEETING OF THE PDP ANAMBRA STATE CARETAKER COMMITEE RESOLVED AS MANY OTHER ISSUES AS FOLLOWS:

1.Commends the National Working Committee led by His Excellency Dr Iyorchia Ayu, for the able leadership of the party in the country, as well as the confidence reposed in the State Leadership as led by Hon Sir Ndubisi Nwobu and assures the NWC of our unwavering loyalty and commitment to the project of Rebuilding and Rescuing Nigeria.

2. In consideration of the release of timetable and schedule of activities for the conduct of Wards, LGAs and State Congresses (February 1, 2022 – March 8, 2022) in adherence to the party constitution CAP 1(7)3c for equitable allocation of party offices, do hereby appoint the following members, to Zone all State Executive offices amongst the three Senatorial Zones;
