Moreso we may also note that before now, The FCT high court presided over by A yesuf shafa sitting at nyanya fct ,Abuja in a case filed against popular YouTuber, Blogger and Self proclaimed freedom fighter, Mr. Martins Vincent Otse, known as VeryDarkMan, operating on different social media platforms sometime in July 2025 in two court rulings against very dark man dismissed all preliminary objections filed by very dark man and instead granted a full interlocutory order of status Quo ante bellum till the final suit is determined in respect of case filed by prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin of Deliverance Mercyland International Ministry in Warri, Delta State against the said very dark man. The court in that sitting granted a full status quo injunction on VeryDarkMan as it refrain and restrain vdm from further libeling and doing any further libelous acts via internet videos and or publishing by Facebook, YouTube video any defamatory works against Prophet Jeremiah omoto Fufeyin.
Also the court in it’s then ruling resolved against very dark man all the three issues for determination contained in the preliminary objections filed by VeryDarkMan against the suit of prophet Jeremiah and accordingly dismissed all Vdm preliminary objections
