The price of bread will increase in Rivers State tomorrow.
The Chairman of Master Bakers in Rivers State, Chidi Orlu, informed our correspondent via phone conversation, that the fifteen percent increase follows the hike in the price of materials for bread production.
He said without a price review, Rivers people may not see bread to eat, as bakers may be out of business. Dr Orlu also advised bread consumers to buy from bakeries to save costs.
