President Buhari Ask senate To Confirm Mahmood Yakubu As INEC Chairman.
Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, has read a letter from President Muhammadu Buhari seeking the confirmation of Mahmood Yakubu as chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Buhari formally wrote to the Senate after initially nominating Yakubu for a second five-year term as chairman of the electoral body.
