Federal High Court grants an interim order restraining the NLC and TUC from going on strike from Wednesday as planned , until the determination of the motion on notice.
This is coming few hours to the alleged looming strike action organized by NLCand its affiliate unions.
Information reaching our News desk has it that Justice O. Y. Anuwe issued the order today and adjourned further hearing till 19 June. With this development therefore, all unions are expected to call off their arrangements for strike actions as rumoured.
