Meanwhile, the new Federal secretariat complex is commissioned in Yenagoa Bayelsa State Tuesday.
The highpoint of the commissioning was the naming of the federal secretariat after Ijaw’s foremost Peace Ambassador and Hero of Democracy, Goodluck Jonathan, GCFR.
