Guinness World Record and celebrity Chef, Hilda Baci, has announced her next big move, cooking the largest pot of Jollof rice the world has ever seen.

The event, which is scheduled to take place on September 12, 2025, will feature a giant-pot spanning 6 metres wide and 6 meters tall.

Hilda says this isn’t just about food but a cultural celebration of West Africa’s heartfelt, Jollof rice.

“Almost two years ago, I dreamt of cooking the largest pot of Jollof ever made. This September, with GINO and You, that dream comes alive. Because what is Jollof without you to share it with?”, she said.

In 2023, Hilda broke the internet with her 100 -hour cook-a thon, and now she’s back to raise the bar again. Chef Hilda Baci is set to break another record. She’s planning to cook the largest pot of Jollof rice on September 12, 2025.
