Deputy Gov. Placid Njoku Assured That All Political Structures In Owerri Zone Have Thrown Support For Governor Uzodimma’s Administration

“Opposition party dead on arrival in Imo” -Prof. Placid Njoku

Imo State Deputy Governor His Excellency Prof. Placid Njoku,has availed that all political structures in Owerri zone have thrown support for Governor Uzodimma’s administration as the people have benefitted from his policies of development.

Njoku said that the construction of roads with drainage system and street lights, reconstruction of health centres, appointment of Owerri zone sons and daughters to key position and more, is a testimony of the love Uzodimma have for the people.

He stated this during a grand reception hosted by All Progressives Congress,(APC) Owerri zone in honour of the State Chairman Ebere MacDonald,whom they described as an illustrious son of the soil.

The Deputy Governor hinted that opposition against their administration is dead on arrival,as the mandate given to them is one ordained by God almighty.

In his address earlier on, the State Chairman Ebere MacDonald expressed happiness with the organizers while reassuring them of his total submission to party constitution for optimum progress, while calling on all and sundry to join hands in building a greater Imo State.

The Imo State Governor His Excellency Senator Hope Uzodimma was present at the occasion alongside other top government appointees, including former Imo State Governor Chief Dr. Ikedi Ohakim,Her Excellency Betty Akeredolu,Wife of Ondo State Governor, and others.
