On the petition from office of the vice chairman of Owan East Local Government the house it referred to the House committee on Public Petitions to investigate and report back in two weeks.

Sitting actually commenced after members held an executive session and condemned the continued siege on the House of Assembly complex by hoodlums.

They said the development has propelled the Edo Assembly holding plenary in a rented hall.
