The Imo State Governor, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma has reaffirmed his administration’s unwavering commitment to the Imo State Civil Service, pledging sustained statutory and institutional support to ensure optimal performance across all sectors.
The Governor made this declaration during the official swearing-in ceremony of 24 newly promoted Permanent Secretaries in Owerri. The promotions, he noted, were carried out in strict adherence to the provisions of the State Civil Service rules, reflecting his administration’s dedication to due process, merit, and professionalism.
Governor Uzodimma charged the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries to bring innovation, leadership, and diligence to their roles, stressing the importance of their positions in driving the policies and programmes of government to fruition.
Names of the newly sworn in permanent secretaries are as follow: Ejiaku Ngozi, Ihezue Samuel, Chukwudi Chukwuma O. Iheanacho, Noku John Onyedik, Egwuagu Gloria, Obilor – Chidi Angela N., Iroh Gabriel Anosike, Nnaji Dorathy Igaturuchi, Amafili Isabella Kelechi, Engr. Izuwa Obilor, Onyeagocha Onyinyechi.
Others are: Okeji Augustine Chidiebere, Okafor Chukwunyeaka Linus, Nwosu Ndidiamaka Roseline, Moneme Judith Fred, Iwuagwu Paulina Ifeoma, Okorie Benedicta Chinonye, Chibuzo B. Obinna, Adinnu Kennedy O., Ndubueze Augustina Nkechi, Utazi Dorathy C. Dr. Alexander Onwumere, Ieoma Assumpta U and Iheka Scholastica respectively .
