Nigerian singer, Stanley Omah Didia, popularly known as Omah Lay, has stirred concern among fans after admitting that he is battling depression once again.
The revelation came through a series of emotional posts on Snapchat where the “Soso” crooner expressed deep frustration with his recording contracts and music business dealings.
The artist did not hold back, blaming his manager and his his younger self for decisions he regrets.
In his words: “Fk contracts. Fk labels. Fk the music business. Fk my younger self. Fxxx my manager. God. Please, I’m losing my mind again”.
This outbursts comes only weeks after his separation from longtime manager, Muyinwa Awoniyi – a split which sparked mixed reactions within his camp.
Omah Lay has previously been open about his mental health struggles.
His debut album, Boy Alone (2022) captured some of these experiences, with the artist revealing how depression once worsened following a personal incident with his therapist.
Fans are now anxiously hoping the singer finds the strength to overcome this latest challenge.
