Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing and Public Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role entails a range of responsibilities, including marketing initiatives, establishing and managing corporate partnerships, and coordinating relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote 9News Nigeria.
- Cultivate and maintain strong corporate relationships to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and partnership opportunities.
- Create compelling press releases and establish positive media relations.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively convey key messages.
- Utilize strategic communications techniques to enhance the company’s public image.
- Exhibit excellent writing and editing skills to produce high-quality content.
- Work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Must be resident in the FCT, Abuja
- Proficiency in brand content marketing and procurements.
- Experience in press releases and media relations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Background in public relations and strategic communications.
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
- Capability to work independently and remotely.
- Previous experience in the news or media industry is advantageous.
- At least an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
