The National Director Contact and mobilization for Ifeanyi Ubah Students Support Group(IUSSG) Comr. Igwe Ogbonnaya has said that Young Progressive Party is the only hope Anambra has to salvage it from its current challenges of poor infrastructure, rising debt and insecurity as Anambra prepares to go to the poll by November 6th 2021.
He said this on Saturday 21st August 2021 while addressing some newsmen at Nnewi after attending a creative event organized by students of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Nnewi campus.
Comrade Igwe said that it is obvious that only YPP has the solution to the various challenges the state is currently facing. He lamented that the state is going through a hard time in the face of insecurity ranging from kidnapping and cult clashes to rubbery, as well as unemployment, poor infrastructure among others.
The Student leader assured that YPP has what it takes to deliver Anambra State from its problems. He appealed to Ndi Anambra to give YPP a chance in November 6th assuring that the party would change the narratives within the shortest time if given the opportunity in the guber election.
“I assure that the flag bearer of YPP, Sen. Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah will give Ndi Anambra the best style of governance , give us the mandate. We are all coming to Agu Awka. We assure you that this time for real that in six months, we will change the terrain; we will change the narratives. We will make Ndi Anambra happy again,” he said.
He described the party’s candidate as the best and most committed to good governance. He said Senator Ifeanyi Ubah is performing wonders in the 9th Senate and will transform the fortunes of Anambra state.
