Seven People have been confirmed killed in fresh attack at Danda Chugwi Community in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State.
National Publicity Secretary of the Berom Youth Moulders Association (BYMA) Rwang Tengwong, Who confirmed the attack on Monday, said the gunmen invaded the community at about 9pm on Sunday night and began shooting sporadically, forcing the residents to flee for safety.
His statement reads:
“Seven people have been confirmed dead at Danda Chugwi, Vwang in Jos South Local Government Area following attack by herdsmen militias.
The attack happened on Sunday, July 31st, 2022 at 9pm.
The Victims are of 2 different families, two persons were also injured and were also taken to the Vom Christian Hospital and are receiving medical attention”, He said.
