In connection to the report of the killing of seven community leaders in Nmahu Ohaji EGBEMA local government area of Imo state, police has nabbed HRH Ezemma and three others for questioning.
9News Nigeria team of correspodents gathered that the alleged sponsor of the nefarious killing gang in Mmahu Autonomous Community, Ohaji-Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State, HRH, Eze Augustine. I. Iwuogu, Ezemma 1, has been nabbed by the Nigeria police force with three others of the gang.
A source informed that Eze Iwuogu is already cooling down in the Imo State Police command cell in Owerri with Nwanne Akpatuobi (Otiokpu) and two others.
It revealed that Ezemma who have been on the run since after the incident of killing by one Osita Ogbiri who is an Escapee in Nigerian correctional center harboured by the said Ezemma of Mmahu autonomous community on Friday.
According to the source Ezemma was invited to the Egbema Divisional Police station for explanation of the constant killings in his kingdom by some suspected notorious killer gang alleged he was harbouring.
It added that Ezemma was wearing health support item in order to pretend that he is ill, so that he would be granted bail in the police, but unfortunately to him, the command has refused him bail for further investigation. As at press time.
This is in connection to the unrest caused by the killings going on in Nmahu Ohaji Egbema as reported.
