Popular On-Air Personality, Daniel ‘Dan’ Foster – popularly known as The Big Dawg – has been reported dead. The Nigerian-American presenter died on Wednesday, 17th June at a Hospital in Lagos where he was receiving treatment for an illness.
Dan Foster worked with numerous radio stations in the US including Cathy Hughes Radio One, Mix 106.5, and Virgin Island-based WTBN before moving to Nigeria in 2000 where he joined Cool FM. He quickly became popular with Nigerian listeners.
In September 2009, Dan Foster left Cool FM for Inspiration FM but left in 2014 to join City FM 105.1.
In May 2016, he left City FM for Classic FM 97.3 where he worked before his sudden demise.
