The President of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR will Tuesday morning jet out to Pretoria, South Africa, for the official swearing-in ceremony of the latest back-to-back African President Cyril Ramaphosa’s.
According to the state house schedule, President Tinubu will attend President Cyril Ramaphosa’s swearing-in ceremony in Pretoria, South Africa, on June 18, 2024, and return to Nigeria afterwards.
Recall that President Ramaphosa won a new mandate following his country’s general election on 29 May. His election was a return ticket to power by Ramaphosa Cyril of South Africa.
Although his party won 159 out of 400 seats in Parliament, it has forged a ruling coalition with its old rivals, Democratic Alliance and the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP). The coalition partners re-elected Ramaphosa in Parliament last Friday.
