The President of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR will Tuesday morning jet out to Pretoria, South Africa, for the official swearing-in ceremony of the latest back-to-back African President Cyril Ramaphosa’s.

According to the state house schedule, President Tinubu will attend President Cyril Ramaphosa’s swearing-in ceremony in Pretoria, South Africa, on June 18, 2024, and return to Nigeria afterwards.

Recall that President Ramaphosa won a new mandate following his country’s general election on 29 May. His election was a return ticket to power by Ramaphosa Cyril of South Africa.

Although his party won 159 out of 400 seats in Parliament, it has forged a ruling coalition with its old rivals, Democratic Alliance and the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP). The coalition partners re-elected Ramaphosa in Parliament last Friday.

9News Nigeria authoritatively report that President Tinubu is expected to fly back to Nigeria after the ceremony holding Tuesday in South Africa.

Tinubu has reassured unwavering effort to partner with South African government to give ECOWAS the best in his time as chairman with the help of ECOWAS communities like South Africa and others.

Few officers of the Renewed Hope administration of President Ahmed Tinubu will accompany him on this journey.
